Primary developer and support for constituent management system (PeopleBase) used in the Arkansas Governor’s office. Developed processes utilizing barcode scanners to ensure error-free packaging of medications. Database consultant and IT support for Bill Clinton 1990 campaign for Arkansas Governor and the Arkansas Democratic Party database. Consultant and IT support for Bill Clinton 1992 presidential campaign.

  • Leads the development and steady state operations of Allcare’s information system, including software interface with ADC/DCC EHR, backup and recovery planning, network availability, and data management/reporting
